MY CARD SHOP
Once an order from is confirmed and submitted for production, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refundable amount.
For any refunds approved after an order is shipped, customers may receive a full product refund, in exception of the original shipping costs and restocking fees if applicable. For any orders returned in its original package and handling, restocking fees will be waived and customer may receive a full product refund. The Twiggy Mother, LLC reserves the right to release responsibility to replace or reproduce the original product due to customer handling that results in damages - Please note "Handling Your Card" in the product page. No returns are accepted once the order has been processed, produced, and received by the shipping carrier.
Please contact me directly to resolve any issues or if you have any further inquiries about returns, replacements, or refunds for your order. In the rare event your order cannot be fulfilled, your order may be subject to a cancellation and you will receive a full refund.
I will be happy to work with you as I love my creations and want you to love yours.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Customers who place a custom order have a 24-hour period to cancel your order without fees incurred. Subject to terms & conditions in My Card Shop refund policy above.
For any orders canceled while in production or completed prior to shipping, the buyer is responsible for any restocking fees from resources & materials used. Other terms & conditions may apply, please contact me directly to resolve any issues.

MY BOOK SHOP
Once an order from My Book Shop is confirmed and submitted for shipment, all sales are final and are not eligible for a refund.
In the event of shipping damages or delivery issues, please reach out and I will be happy to resolve any issues with your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is only available within the United States of America. Your shipping information you provide is used for legal shipping purposes. Inquire further for custom shipping quotes and special shipping and/or handling requests.
Please allow 1-2 business days to create your order.
Custom Orders will likely take longer, depending on the project size.
Shipment will be handled as soon as possible, but is prioritized based upon the shipping service selected.

PAYMENTS
My shop securely processes payments through a third party, and all forms of legal US credit cards are accepted for electronic payments at checkout.
Colorado State Sales Tax of 8.15% is collected.

Cash & Check ( payable to The Twiggy Mother, LLC ) are accepted, preferable payment method for in-person creations and orders.

When checking the box to sign up for emails at checkout, I do not store any information from your visit to this site except to analyze site performance and to optimize your viewing experience through the use of cookies.
